As RRR was a major success, everyone’s eyes were on their next release. Although it could not make it big at the Indian box office, it managed to secure a fair number on the board.
RRR’s halo effect
SS Rajamouli is currently one of the most commercially viable directors. His name is enough to draw the audience into theaters. We saw the same when RRR was released in theaters. The Hindi version of the film performed a big Mullah of a net collection of more than 250 crores. It also helped Ram Charan and Junior NTR to increase their appeal and reach the Hindi audience.

According to the final update, the film wrapped its run 37.47 crores Net at Indian box office. This is a reasonable number, but compared to the introduction of Ram Charan’s Hindi, it is a much higher score.
For The Anward, Ram Charan made his Hindi debut with Zangeyer (2013). It was a major disaster at the Indian box office and just earned 15 crores Trap in Hindi. In comparison, the Game Changer (Hindi) created a 149.80% high collection.
