Chennai-based real estate company Casagrand is sending 1,000 of its talented employees on a free week-long trip to Barcelona, Spain. The exclusive tour is part of the company’s Profit Sharing Bonanza program, which celebrates the efforts of those who played a key role in helping the company achieve last year’s financial targets.

Casa Grande’s Profit Sharing Bonanza program is an annual program that recognizes the commitment and teamwork of employees across all departments, according to the release.
“This program recognizes the dedication, commitment and teamwork of those who contributed to achieving the company’s sales goals during the past fiscal year,” Casagrande explained in its official statement.
Employees in all positions, from executives to senior leadership, are selected to participate in this prestigious award. Since 2013, this initiative has become an important tradition for the company, which continues to express its gratitude to its employees through such outstanding awards.
Casa Grande employees appreciate tradition
What started as a small trip to Singapore for 50 employees in 2013 has grown into a global tradition for the Chennai-based Casagrand. Over the years, Casagrande has taken employees to popular destinations such as Thailand, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Malaysia and London.
Not even the pandemic can stop this tradition, with trips to Dubai and Abu Dhabi still taking place in 2021 despite travel restrictions.
Recent trips include visits to Switzerland in 2022 and Australia in 2023.

In 2024, Casagrande will take its connoisseurship to new heights in Barcelona, one of the most charming cities in Europe.
The itinerary includes visits to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the stunning Sagrada Familia and the colorful mosaics of Park Güell. The tour also includes a scenic visit to Montjuïc Castle and time to relax on Barcelona’s world-famous beaches.
