Srinagar, September 22: On Sunday, militants reestablished contact with security forces in the Danadar forest upstream of Gulinar village in Kishtwar district.
A police officer told GNS in a statement that earlier the security forces launched a joint search operation near the Danadar forest area of Gulinar village in upper Kishtwar district (P/S Chatroo district J/D) and after establishing contact, the fighting has resumed.
He said there was an exchange of gunfire.
