Mangesh Yadav Encounter Controversy: Mangesh Yadav was killed in an encounter while fleeing on a motorcycle in Sultanpur, UP. But the surprising thing is that this was not the motorcycle that was stolen 8 days before the robbery. In fact, the owner of the motorcycle that was stolen before the robbery has made a shocking revelation. He says that shortly after the robbery on August 28, some policemen came to his house and hurriedly registered an FIR for his bike theft.

Games about motorcycles too!
Some pictures came out just after the encounter of Mangesh Yadav. In which a motorcycle is seen lying on the ground, according to UP STF, on which Mangesh Yadav was running away with his partner. And one picture is of the afternoon of 28 August, when the robbery took place at Bharat Jewelers. Two bikes were captured in the CCTV camera installed outside the shop. These are the two bikes on which five robbers came to commit robbery. Now let’s talk about that motorcycle, whose theft was reported on 20 August, but the FIR was registered 8 days later at 8:11 pm on 28 August. That is, about eight hours after the robbery at Bharat Jewelers in Sultanpur.

Motorcycle connection to the incident?
Now the question is whose motorcycle is it on which Mangesh Yadav was fleeing and during which he was killed in an encounter? And whose are the two motorcycles of the robbers that were seen outside the showroom? And what is the connection between the motorcycle for which the FIR has been filed and this robbery? So let us answer all these questions one by one. And hidden in these answers is the question of Mangesh Yadav’s encounter.

Naseem’s bike was stolen from outside the hospital
There is a man named Naseem. Naseem, a resident of Kadipur area of Sultanpur, had gone to show his mother Madina Khatoon to Dr. Subhash Singh, an orthopedic doctor at Parth Hospital in Jaunpur, on August 20. He had parked his motorcycle outside the hospital. When he came back after a while, the motorcycle was missing. From the day the motorcycle was stolen to the next several days, he kept visiting the police station to register a report of theft. He also gave a written complaint. He even called the police on number 112 immediately after the motorcycle was stolen. But how could the police register a report?

Policemen came home to file FIR
And see the wonder, when they gave up hope, then the police themselves knocked on the door of their house and said very respectfully, come, let us register an FIR for the theft of your motorcycle. So did you hear? On August 20, when the motorcycle was stolen, Naseem also called the police on number 112. He also went to the police station but the report was not registered.

FIR for bike theft after 8 days
When Naseem got tired of visiting the police station, he stopped going there. He had accepted that he would not get his motorcycle back. But then on 28 August, Bharat Jewellers in Sultanpur was robbed. STF investigated the case. This robbery took place on 28 August at around 12:30 in the afternoon. And on the same day, i.e. on 28 August at 8:11 in the night, an FIR was suddenly registered for Naseem’s stolen motorcycle. Isn’t it amazing? The special thing about that FIR is that the police has not written anywhere in it that Naseem kept visiting the police station and his case was not heard. It was simply written in the FIR that the motorcycle was stolen on 20 August at 2 in the afternoon and now a case has been registered.

Policemen had taken Naseem along with them
So you have seen the FIR. But know the story behind its sudden filing. Actually, after the robbery in Sultanpur, the police of Jaunpur reached Naseem’s house. Then they took him with them. Naseem was with the police the whole night of 28th August. Then he returned home on the afternoon of 29th August but on the evening of 29th August the police again took him with them and left him at night.

FIR for theft after robbery!
Now the question is that why and for what purpose was the report of the motorcycle theft registered, for which Naseem kept visiting the police station, registered in a hurry right after the robbery in Sultanpur? So this also has two stories.

This is the police story
The first story is from the police. According to the police’s story, five robbers came on two different motorcycles to rob Bharat Jewelers. Both those motorcycles are clearly visible in the CCTV camera installed outside the showroom. After the robbery, two robbers are seen fleeing the spot on one motorcycle and three robbers on the other motorcycle. There is no number plate on both the motorcycles. At least not on the front side. The rear number plate is not captured in the camera. The front motorcycle has a trunk on the right side. However, the picture of the motorcycle after the encounter does not have a trunk. Therefore, it is very possible that one of the two motorcycles used for the robbery is the same one that was stolen on August 20, i.e. Naseem’s motorcycle.

If this story of the police is true, then it is clear that through the engine and chassis number of the motorcycle, they reached its owner i.e. Naseem and then hurriedly registered a report of motorcycle theft on the night of 28 August itself. For which Naseem was wandering for 8 days.

Whose is the motorcycle found in the encounter?
Now once again we are talking about the bike on which Mangesh was killed in an encounter while fleeing. The bike found at the encounter site is not the bike that belonged to Naseem. It was stolen from Jaunpur hospital on 20th August. Naseem’s bike is grey in colour. Whereas the motorcycle found at the spot is the same bike that was parked outside the showroom during the robbery on the afternoon of 28th August. On which these robbers are fleeing with the looted goods. Naseem himself confirmed this to Aaj Tak. So then the question is whose motorcycle is it that was shown in the encounter? And is it the same bike that was captured in the CCTV camera outside the showroom and on which these three robbers are fleeing? At present, UP Police is silent about this.

Mangesh Yadav did not have any bike
If Naseem’s bike was indeed used during the robbery and Mangesh Yadav was killed in an encounter on the same bike, then the question is whether Mangesh Yadav stole Naseem’s motorcycle from Jaunpur’s Parth Hospital on 20 August? If yes, then who had this motorcycle for the next eight days, i.e. till 28 August? Mangesh’s sister claims that Mangesh did not have any motorcycle. On the morning of 28 August, when she went to school with Mangesh to deposit the fees, Mangesh had asked a neighbour for his bike. Both of them went to school on it. And after returning, he returned the bike to the neighbour.

Three boys had stolen Naseem’s bike
During a phone conversation with Aaj Tak, Naseem told that when his bike was stolen on the afternoon of 20 August, he himself saw three boys stealing the bike in the CCTV camera of the hospital. These three boys were standing near the same motorcycle and then they left with the motorcycle. But the CCTV footage is so blurred that it is not possible to know who those boys are. According to Naseem, after the news of the encounter, he saw Mangesh Yadav’s picture in the media. But due to the blurred image of the CCTV footage, he cannot tell whether Mangesh Yadav was among those three boys or not.

The story of the motorcycle is getting complicated
Now the question here is how did the police know that Naseem’s stolen bike was used to rob the showroom? Here too the story is very strange. According to Naseem himself, the UP Police or STF has not shown him his motorcycle till now. Nor have they told him when and from where his motorcycle was recovered. During a phone conversation with Aaj Tak, Naseem said that the police only told him that on the day of the robbery, a motorcycle was found standing unclaimed in Sultanpur itself. After which the police team reached Naseem’s house. That is, overall, the story of Naseem’s motorcycle is very complicated. The limit is that the recovery of Naseem’s motorcycle is still not recorded in the UP Police documents.
