In Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, miscreants brutally beat a hotel employee to death after attacking him with a knife in broad daylight. This entire incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed in the hotel which is going viral after the incident. Police have arrested one suspect in this case and the search for two others is still going on.
Police said that in Dharmapuri area, four accused beat a person to death after attacking him with a knife on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Mohammad Ashiq, who was working as a grill master in a hotel in Ilkiyampatti.
Police recovered CCTV footage
In the CCTV footage of the incident recovered by the police, it can be seen that Mohammad Ashiq is standing in the hotel talking to someone on the phone, when four people come into the hotel and two of them try to talk to Ashiq. And after diverting their attention, they attack with knives.
After the attack, Mohammad Ashiq tried to save himself, but the accused surrounded him and attacked him several times with a knife. After this, when other people present there tried to stop him, the accused threatened him and fled from the spot. After this, unconscious Mohammad Ashiq was taken to the district hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Girl’s family insulted: Police
Initial investigation by the police has revealed that Mohammed Ashiq was in love with a woman resident of Omalur and two months ago he had gone to her house to ask for the hand of her daughter. During this time, the girl’s family insulted the lover and his brothers Janaranjan and Hamsapriyan allegedly threatened him.
Police said that a suspect has been arrested in this case. The search is on for the other two accused, Janaranjan and Hamsapriyan. The matter is being investigated further.
