Pawan Kumar, son of Meera Devi, who died in the firecracker factory explosion, told the police that Bray had been working as a fireworks worker in the village for a long time. According to regulations, he should have set off fireworks and firecrackers outside the village, but he made and stored them among the masses. Such a big scandal happened because of his negligence.
