Madrid: A tragic accident occurred in Zaragoza, Spain. A fire broke out at a nursing home here, killing at least 10 people. Local officials provided the information Friday. Authorities were alerted to a fire on Friday morning at the Villa Franca de Ebro nursing home, about 30 minutes north of the northeastern city of Madrid.
