An FIR has been filed against SP MLA Zahid Beg and his wife in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, in the case of the death of a minor girl and child labour. Apart from child labour, allegations of assault and non-payment of wages have also been made in it.
According to the information, a girl working in the house of Bhadohi’s SP MLA Zahid Beg had committed suicide a few days ago. After this, when the police raided his house, a minor girl was also found working there, who was freed by the police. Regarding these cases, Labor Enforcement Officer JP Singh has filed a case against the MLA and his wife.

The complaint alleges that the minor girl who was freed from the MLA’s house was being made to work as a child labourer. The complaint states that the minor girl who was freed was not even paid wages. She was also scolded and beaten up.
As the matter became serious, a case was registered against the MLA and his wife in Bhadohi police station. The minor girl who was freed said in her statement to the police that she had to face physical and mental harassment. She was not paid wages.
The body of the girl was found hanging in the room
Area Officer Ajay Kumar Chauhan had told that a girl named Nazia was working in Zahid Beg’s house for many years. Her family lived in Kanshiram Awas in Mamdev area. The girl lived in a room on the upper floor of the MLA’s house in Malikana Mohalla. Nazia’s body was found hanging from the fan in the same room.
