DK Goel, the founding president of Fiitjee, a renowned coaching institute in the country, has stirred up controversy. He was accused of using abusive language during online meetings. DK Goyal is holding online meetings with Fiitjee at different centres. The meeting was about the delay in salary of Fitjee employees, in which questions were raised from DK Goyal.

A question was asked about the company’s recent investments in the ED-Tech industry, to which DK Goyal responded angrily, while the employee stated that the information was already available in the public domain.

Paychecks are not on time!

DK Goyal reportedly used abusive language against employees. He asked another employee to take the man away. The employee who allegedly used the abusive language was from the Fitjee branch in Thane.

Fiitjee employees are said to have been experiencing salary delays for the past five months. The purpose of the online video conference with Goyal is to provide a platform to employees to discuss their doubts with the management.

Fiitjee is a popular coaching institute for different competitive exams including IIT and NIT entrance exams and even Science Olympia preparations. Goyal, a mechanical engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, founded Fitjee in 1992. Fiitjee Limited became a public company on October 13, 1997.
