Two devotees died while three were seriously injured in a road accident in Kaushambi, UP. Regarding the incident, the police said that on Friday, the truck in which these people were traveling was hit by a tractor-trolley due to which two people lost their lives while three people including two women were seriously injured.
According to the news agency, regarding this incident, SP Brijesh Kumar Srivastava said that 13 people of Govindpur village of Prayagraj district were going to visit Maa Shitala Dham (Kada) in a loader truck.
He told that near Reliance Petrol Pump in Kalyanpur, a trailer truck coming from behind hit the loader truck while overtaking, due to which Amarnath (40) and Dinesh (36) died on the spot. Three people including two women were seriously injured.
SP said that the injured have been sent to Medical College Kaushambi for treatment. Police have taken the driver of the trailer truck into custody and started investigation. Let us tell you that just three days ago, a husband and wife working in UP Police had died in a road accident in Muzaffarnagar.
Both the bikes were parked and standing on the roadside. Then an uncontrolled truck hit him. After this the husband and wife got trapped in the truck. Then the truck dragged them for a long distance and collided with a tree. The truck caught fire after hitting a tree. The husband and wife were burnt to death in this fire. After the accident, the driver and helper of the truck managed to escape from the spot. In this incident, both the deceased husband and wife were posted as constables in Moradabad.
