After the matter came to light, the victim’s family complained to the police and the police registered an FIR. Family members allege that the accused has not been arrested yet. Now the family members of the accused are pressurizing to withdraw the case.

The matter is of Badhalganj area of ​​Gorakhpur district. When a 26-year-old girl living here started experiencing swelling in her stomach, her family thought it might be a tumor, but time passed in the effort to raise money. Recently, the family collected money and got an ultrasound done and it was found that the girl was 9 months pregnant. At the same time, the doctor has also given the date of delivery as the end of August.

The victim’s mother told that she gave a written complaint to CO Gola Ratneshwar Singh that Munna son Jhunjhun Paswan, resident of Marchipar, kept having illicit relations with our mentally challenged daughter, due to which she became pregnant. Information about the incident was given to Badhalganj police station in-charge. After this the police registered a case against Munna under section 376/2.

Police accused of not taking action

But, the accused has not been arrested yet. He is still absconding. At the same time, the accused’s real brothers Amarjeet, Chandrajeet and uncle Ramchandra are continuously pressurizing and threatening to withdraw the case. Information about this matter has also been given to Barhalganj police station, but the police has not arrested the accused yet. Also, no action has been taken against the family members who threatened.

Also appealed to the MP

At the same time, the victim has also appealed to Bansgaon’s current MP and Minister Kamlesh Paswan to arrest the accused, but due to the absconding of the accused, the police has not been able to arrest the accused yet. Nor has any action been taken against the family members.

The victim’s aunt said this

At the same time, the victim’s aunt told that in the initial days the victim’s stomach became swollen, so the family members thought that he was suffering from some stomach disease. After a few days, when the size of the stomach increased further, we thought that perhaps there was a tumor in the stomach, but we did not have the money to get an ultrasound done to know the truth. Somehow, when two thousand rupees were collected, his ultrasound was done. Then the doctor told that she was 9 months pregnant and the date of delivery was also given in the last days of August.
