3-Rahul Gandhi’s assurance given to farmer leaders, is it a deception?

If Congress government is formed at the Centre, the party will similarly guarantee MSP to the farmers. Rahul Gandhi does not even say that the Congress governments are going to guarantee MSP to the farmers of Karnataka, Himachal and Telangana.
