Shinde’s Shiv Sena is likely to get 13 ministerial posts and Ajit Pawar’s NCP may get 9 ministerial posts. Eknath Shinde has been supporting the home ministry, but the home and finance ministries are likely to remain with the BJP.

The three-party roster of the Maha Alliance has almost been confirmed. Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Chandrakant Patil, Sudhir Mungantiwar, Girish Mahajan, Ravindra Chavan, Praveen Derekar, Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Babnarao Lonikar, Pankaja Munde, Ashish Shelar or Yogesh Sagar might get a chance. Sambhaji Nilangekar, Jaikumar Rawal, Shivendra Raje Bhosle, Nitesh Rane, Vijay Kumar Gavit, Devyani Farande or Rahul Aher, Rahul Kul, Madhuri Misal, Sanjay Kute and Gopichand Padalkar may be given ministerial posts.
