Medical Director Prof. Farooq A Jan gave an overview of the performance of SKIMS in the past 100 days under the leadership of Prof. M. Ashraf Ganie, Director, SKIMS/EOSG.
Professor Jan highlighted significant improvements in patient care, including the revamp of the emergency department, which was a key management challenge successfully addressed in the first phase.
The presentation also covered academic achievements and recent collaborations with nationally renowned institutions.
