Singapore: In Singapore, an Indian-origin man committed a shocking fraud through a credit card. Therefore, the person must now celebrate Diwali in jail. It is reported that the Indian-origin person was found guilty of breach of trust for using a company credit card for personal transactions. He was subsequently sentenced to four months in prison on Wednesday. Let us tell you that Raul Randhawa (44) is a risk and control officer at an insurance company. Randhawa used the company’s corporate credit card to pay for personal expenses and made 27 unauthorized transactions totaling S$29,674 (approximately Rs. 1.88 million). However, he had already paid the full amount of the credit card payment. According to The Straits Times, Randhawa’s bail is set at S$10,000 and his sentence is likely to begin on November 13.
