In a school in Gwalior, a student slapped the principal. Seeing this scene, everyone from the children to the school staff were stunned. After this, a fight broke out between the principal and the student. Seeing the commotion and fighting, other staff present in the school separated the principal and the student and pacified the fight.
After this, both the principal and the student reached the police station to register a case against each other. Regarding the case, the principal alleges that a student came to me asking for TC and marksheet. I said that your fees are pending. It has been 2 years since you left the school, the fees are pending. Pay it and I will give you your TC and marksheet.
The student slapped the principal
The principal said that the student said that I have failed, so why should I pay the fees. He said that I will take the TC today itself. After that he started abusing me. Then he grabbed my throat and slapped me. The school staff present there somehow saved me.
The student accused the principal of assault and using casteist slurs
The student has accused the principal that I had gone to collect my 11th marksheet. Its fees were fully paid. When there was an argument, I tried to call 181. On this, my mobile was snatched and I was beaten. The principal along with the staff has threatened to kill me. They have also used abusive caste-related language.
The student says that the principal was asking for four to five thousand rupees more from me. I have already paid half of my 12th class fees. Despite this, she is not giving me my 11th class marksheet. She has also not given me my 11th and 12th class classes. Still, four people beat me with a scale and sticks on my hands and legs.
Case filed from both sides
Regarding the case, in-charge of Hazira police station Shivmangal Singh said that a student had gone to a school near Kanchmeel to collect his 11th marksheet. His fees were not deposited. Due to this, a dispute broke out with the teacher. The boy also grabbed the woman by the throat and beat her and abused her.

Both have filed cases against each other. On the complaint of the boy, a case has been registered under assault and SC ST Act. On the report of the female principal, a case has been registered under sections of assault and threat to kill.
