He was admitted to a hospital in Udaipur for treatment, but he died on Monday. His last rites were performed under tight security on Tuesday. My child was murdered with complete planning
The father of the deceased student said that he is saddened by this incident. I have lost my child. My entire future is over. Now my child is no more. I want the strictest action to be taken against the accused. What happened to my son should not happen to anyone else. His murder was done with complete planning.

MP Mannalal Rawat made this allegation
BJP MP from Udaipur Mannalal Rawat expressed grief over the death of the student. He said that it is a sad incident. There is anger in everyone’s mind. Action is going on. If the murderers have any accomplices then action should be taken against all of them.
Internet is still closed today
An order has been given to shut down the internet in Udaipur district till 10 pm on Tuesday night. At the same time, instructions have been given to close schools and colleges also. However, the examinations will not be cancelled. There is anger among the people of Udaipur since the incident. To ensure that no untoward incident takes place in the city, police force has been deployed in the entire city.
Demolition took place on the day of the incident
The day the student was attacked with a knife. That day violence broke out in the entire city. As soon as they heard the news of the student being injured, a large number of people came out on the streets and vandalized the vehicles parked outside. Many vehicles were also set on fire. After which the police arrived in large numbers, pacified the people and brought the situation under control.
The rented house of the accused student was also demolished
The rented house of the student accused of attacking Devraj was demolished the very next day of the incident. The house where the accused’s family lived on rent was built illegally. However, the opposition had also raised questions on this action of the state government.
