‘Deposit illegal weapons within 7 days’, interim government orders Bangladesh protesters

After the formation of interim government in Bangladesh, efforts to establish peace now seem to have started. Brigadier General (retd) M Sakhawat Hossain, advisor on home affairs to the interim government of Bangladesh, has asked the protesters to hand over all illegal weapons by August 19. These also include rifles looted from security forces during the recent violence.
