Monsoon returns in Delhi
Delhi has already received above-normal rainfall in September, according to weather forecasting agency Skymet. The Safdarjung base station recorded rainfall of 183 mm as against the normal value of 123.4 mm. Now there is no chance of rain in Delhi-National Capital Region for 2 days.
