MCD is in action after the accident in the library of the coaching center located at Old Rajendra Nagar in Delhi. Meanwhile, Delhi Police has issued a notice to the MCD and asked that the Municipal Corporation should tell who was responsible for the drainage system in Rajendra Nagar area, and whether work was given to anyone outside on contract?
