The first Vande Bharat train departed from Delhi for Patna at 8:25 am today. The people of Bihar will benefit a lot from the launch of this train as now the journey from Delhi to Patna can be completed in just 12 hours.

Vande Bharat trains run between Delhi and Patna, covering a total distance of 994 km. The train will run before the holiday and will provide many conveniences for people to travel. According to Indian Railways, the train is currently on trial run and will run between Delhi and Patna, calling at major stations such as Arrah, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Junction, Prayagraj and Kanpur.
This ultra-high-speed train runs between Patna and Delhi, covering a distance of 994 kilometers, in just 11 hours and 35 minutes. However, on the same route, Delhi-Rajendra Nagar Tejas Rajdhani takes 11 hours and 30 minutes to cover the same distance. In this case, due to the festive season, this will prove to be an important service which will make it easy for passengers living in Delhi to travel to Bihar.

This train runs from Delhi to Patna every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Services from Patna to Delhi will be available on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Talking about the schedule, the flight will depart from Delhi at 8.25 am and reach Patna at 8 pm; it will depart from Patna at 7.30 am and reach Delhi at 7 pm. The maximum speed of the train is around 120 km/h, and the average speed is below 90 km/h.
How much is the rent
The fare of Patna-Delhi Vande Bharat train is the same as other Vande Bharat trains. Only chair car seats are available in the vehicle. Among them, the ticket price of AC chair car is fixed at 2,575 rupees, and the ticket price of executive chair car is fixed at 4,655 rupees. This Vande Bharat Express starts from today, October 30, and the next journey is planned on November 1, 3 and 6. While the return journey from Patna to Delhi is on November 2, 4 and 7.
