A shocking incident took place in the north area of Delhi, the national capital. Here, a man killed a four-year-old girl because his wife had gone to her parents’ home. The accused appears to be the uncle of the innocent girl. The police have arrested the accused.
An innocent four-year-old girl is missing from Delhi’s Tikri Kurd, police said. Based on his father’s statement, on September 22, the NIA police station registered a case under Section 137(2) of the Indian Judicial Code. Local inquiries revealed that the innocent child’s relatives took him away after a quarrel with his wife.
The accused appears to be the uncle of the innocent relative.
The police officer said that the accused seemed to be the uncle of the innocent 4-year-old girl. Efforts were made to trace the accused. His location was discovered in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh and he was nabbed with the help of Uttar Pradesh police. Meanwhile, the body of an innocent child was found in the forests of Swarn Jayanti Vihar. The crime squad and FSL teams have carried out inspections and taken photographs. Thereafter, BNS Section 103(1)/238 will be added to the same FIR and further action is being taken.
The wife loved the child so much that she killed her: Defendant
The defendant stated during police interrogation that his wife liked the girl very much and that he was angry when his wife returned to her parents’ home. He kidnapped a 4-year-old girl who called him uncle. After the kidnapping, the accused also took the girl’s life.
