Delhi Metro: Now on Sundays metro will run from 6 am instead of 8 am, DMRC has changed the timings on these routes

Those traveling in Delhi Metro on Sundays will no longer have to wait till 8 am. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation i.e. DMRC has changed the timing of train start on Sundays on Phase-III corridor. Earlier metro service used to start at 8:00 am here, which will start from 6 and 7 am this Sunday i.e. 25 August 2024. This time is different at different stations.

In its tweet, DMRC said that the change in timings on these routes will not only benefit the passengers of these corridors but will also benefit the students or applicants appearing in various competitive examinations, which are usually held on Sundays. The changed timings will help them reach their destinations in Delhi-NCR in a seamless and convenient manner. Services on all other corridors of the metro network will continue to run as per the regular start time of 06:00 AM.

The third phase of Delhi Metro includes trains running on the route from Dilshad Garden to Shaheed Sthal, Noida City Centre to Noida Electronic City, Mundka to Brigadier Hoshiar Singh, Badarpur Border to Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh), Majlis Park to Shiv Vihar, Janakpuri West to Botanical Garden and Dhansa Bus Stand to Dwarka.
