Then they shared information related to the stock market in the group and lured them to earn more profits.

When the fraudsters felt that the businessman had started believing them and had fallen into their trap, they contacted the businessman on his personal number. The accused were very careful and gave the businessman the details of only those shares which had grown rapidly in the recent past.

Fraud in the name of doubling money in the stock market

When the businessman was completely deceived, two separate accounts were opened for him and then gradually more than one crore rupees were deposited in the accounts. Here the businessman felt that his money was increasing. But when the businessman tried to withdraw money when he needed it, he did not get the money. On the contrary, he was asked for the name of the new IPO and the amount.

Police registered a case on the businessman’s complaint and started investigation

When the businessman did not get his money, he realized that he had been cheated and he gave a written complaint to the Cyber ​​Crime of Delhi Police. The police have registered a case and started investigating the matter. The police say that usually cases of fraud with people happen due to their greed. For example, a person was subjected to a cyber fraud of Rs 22 crore. He suffered a loss in the greed of doubling his money in the name of investment.
