CM Atishi defamation case:Delhi Chief Minister Atish got big relief from Rouse Avenue Court. A defamation case filed by the magistrate against Chief Minister Atish was adjourned at the Delhi Laws Avenue court on Thursday. Bharatiya Janata Party leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor has filed a defamation suit against CM Atishi.

Meanwhile, the Rouse Avenue Court stayed the hearing of the defamation case filed by the lower court against Bharatiya Janata Party leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. Delhi Chief Minister Atish has challenged the summons in a defamation case filed against her at Rouse Avenue Court. At the same time, the Sessions Court has scheduled a hearing on the case on December 2.

BJP leaders level this allegation against CM Atishi

A magistrate court has issued summons to CM Atishi in connection with a defamation complaint filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. Meanwhile, the Delhi Chief Minister has moved the court. Meanwhile, the court stayed the proceedings before the magistrate pending the hearing.

Atish was accused of damaging the party’s reputation in a defamation case filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. The BJP also claimed that the Aam Aadmi Party leader failed to provide any material to substantiate his poaching allegations.
