The Election Commission can today announce the dates for by-elections to 10 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh. Earlier it was reported that the Election Commission will announce by-elections to these seats as well as Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir seats. Although the Securities Regulatory Commission did not announce it at the time. Now, by-elections are likely to be held in these seats in Uttar Pradesh as well as Maharashtra and Jharkhand.
The 10 seats in Uttar Pradesh that will undergo by-elections include Karhal in Manpur, Sisamau in Kanpur, Phulpur in Prayagraj, Katehri in Ambedkar Nagar, Majhwan in Mirzapur, Milkypur in Ayodhya, Ghaziabad Sadar, Khair in Aligarh, Muza Mirapur in Pharnagar and Kundalki seat including Moradabad.
