Many big revelations have been made in the 3991 page charge sheet filed by the police in the famous Renukaswamy murder case of Bengaluru. It has been told that Kannada actor Darshan and his companions had treated Renukaswamy very brutally. On pages 174 and 175 of the charge sheet, it is written that Darshan had kicked Renukaswamy’s private part very hard. Not only this, he had also attacked her head and chest very hard.
According to the chargesheet, Renukaswamy was kept in a shed in Pattanagere, Bengaluru. On the day of the incident, at 4.30 pm, Pavithra Gowda, Vinay and Pradosh went there in a Scorpio car. After this, actor Darshan also reached there. Before that, the victim was beaten up badly by the other accused. As soon as he reached there, Darshan checked Renukaswamy’s mobile. After seeing obscene pictures in it, he rained kicks on her.
The victim fell on the ground due to Darshan’s blow. After this, the actor put one of his feet on his chest and pushed him hard. Then he hit the left side of his head hard with his shoe. This attack caused serious injuries on his left ear. When Darshan was not satisfied with this, he instructed the second accused Pawan to take off Renukaswamy’s pants. Then he hit his private part hard with his shoe.
During police interrogation, Darshan said, “I have been in a live-in relationship with Pavithra Gowda for 10 years. She lives 1.5 km from my house in RR Nagar. I came to know about the kidnapping on June 8 at 3 pm when I was in Stoney Brook. Pawan works at my and Pavithra’s house. He told me that Renukaswamy was kept in a shed in Pattanagere. He had been attacked before I reached there.”
Darshan further said, “When I asked her if she had sent obscene messages, she accepted it. Then I kicked her hard on the head, neck and chest. I used a tree branch and my hands to attack her. I called Pavithra Gowda from the car and asked her to hit her with her slippers. I instructed Renuka to fall at Pavithra’s feet and apologise, so she did.”
Let us tell you that this murder was committed in Pattanagere village of Bengaluru. Renuka Swami was beaten to death as soon as she left the scene of the incident for darshan. After this, one of the accused Pawan informed the actor about this via WhatsApp. Then a plan was made to dispose of the body. All the accused reached Kamakshipalya with the body. There the body was thrown near a drain.
After this, they surrendered at the police station, where they said that there was a dispute of Rs 30 lakh. When the police did not believe the accused, they were interrogated strictly. After this, the accused revealed the truth. They told that a contract of Rs 30 lakh was given to kill Renuka Swami. An advance amount of Rs 5 lakh was also paid in this.
He also revealed the name of the mastermind of this murder, Darshan. Police investigation revealed that actor Darshan had given a contract to kill Renuka Swami a few days ago. After this, his people first started tracking Renuka. They collected every small and big information about Renuka, who was a resident of Chitradurga. After this, on June 8, she was kidnapped by deceit and killed.
