Today, on 15 August 2024, on the 78th Independence Day, Prime Minister Modi hoisted the tricolor from the ramparts of the Red Fort for the 11th time in his entire tenure. With this he made the record of his biggest speech on Independence Day. PM Modi gave a 98-minute speech, which started at 7:33 am and continued till 9:11 am. PM Modi used certain words the most in his address to the nation from the ramparts of the Red Fort. In this, ‘country’ was said 61 times, whereas the word ‘India’ was used 59 times.

In his 98-minute long speech, PM Modi also mentioned the new education policy ranging from secular code, reforms, atrocities against women, corruption and medical education. PM Modi said that now we want to become self-reliant.
Unfortunately, after independence in our country, people had to go through a kind of mother-father culture. Keep asking from the government, keep extending your hands to the government. We have changed this model of governance. Today the government itself goes to the beneficiaries.
