Only a few feet of water remains below the main tourist center Namo Ghat, where the giant structure of Namaste is present. If the water level of Ganga rises further, water will reach here also. The biggest brunt of this is being borne by the tourists coming to see the Ganga Ghats and the sailors who take them boating, because due to the floods, much less number of people are reaching the Ghats than before.

At the same time, due to the ban on small paddle boats, sailors are also suffering huge losses. According to the sailors, if this continues then there will be a complete ban on boat operations in the coming days and this ban will continue for the next three months due to floods. According to the report of the Central Water Commission, the water level of Ganga is about 6 meters below the warning point and 7 meters below the danger mark.
