The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police, which is probing the murder case of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, has made new revelations. It is understood that the three gunmen who carried out the incident, Gurmail Singh, Dharmendra Kashyap and Shivkumar, and gangster Lawrence Bishno Lawrence Bishnoi’s younger brother Anmol Bishnoi maintained close contact. He was talking to her via Snapchat. So far, the police have arrested a total of 10 people related to this conspiracy. Among them, a total of 4 mobile phones were recovered from people involved in the conspiracy. The phones also confirmed that the gunman had contacted Anmol via Snapchat before the murder.
According to crime branch sources, the three gunmen who carried out the mission spoke to Anmol Bishnoi through Snapchat at different times. This is the first evidence that the gunman in Baba Siddiqui’s murder had direct contact with Anmol Bishnoi, Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother. Mumbai police, however, were not surprised. Anmol Bishnoi is also wanted because of the shootout that took place at Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment in April this year. After the interrogation so far, it has now become clear that Shiv Kumar played a major role in the incident of firing on Baba Siddiqui.
According to the crime branch, apart from the three gunmen, Parveen Lonkar, who was arrested from Pune, has direct links with Anmol Bishnoi. Meanwhile, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for the head of Lawrence’s brother Anmol Bishnoi. After evidence emerged linking Anmol Bishnoi to the gunman in the Galaxy shooting at Salman Khan’s house and now the Baba Siddiqui murder case, the National Intelligence The Bureau has taken these measures. However, NI is already looking for Anmol Bishnoi. He is absconding after the Siddu Moosewala murder case.
There were earlier reports of sightings of him in Kenya. But two years ago, in April 2023, Anmol Bishnoi appeared on a show in Bakersfield, California, USA. A picture of Anmol taking a selfie on stage at an event by Punjabi singers Ojra and Sherriman has surfaced on social media. However, many of Anmol’s posts are on social media, especially Facebook. When its IP address was investigated, it was discovered that the IP address was from Portugal. The only news about him so far is that he secretly lives in the United States and often comes to Canada.
According to the NIA, to evade the police after the murder of Siddu Moosewala, Lawrence sent his brother Anmol Bishnoi to Dubai via Nepal and from Dubai to Kenya and from there via Fake passport to travel to the United States. A total of 11 cases have been registered against Anmol Bishnoi, including the shootout at the houses of Galaxy, Siddu Moosewala and Salman Khan. Anmol was lodged in Jodhpur jail in Rajasthan over a murder case before fleeing the country. On October 7, 2021, he was released from jail after being granted bail in the case. He had no further contact with the law. It was only after this that a reward of Rs 10 lakh was announced for his head.
In fact, NI had conducted raids at different locations in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Chandigarh and recovered a large amount of weapons, cash and some digital evidence from there. From this evidence, information was obtained about the links between the Babar Khalsa International Band and the Lawrence Gang group. Among these evidences, many important evidences against Anmol Bishnoi were also found. On the other hand, the police are still searching for the remaining four absconding accused in the Babasidiqui murder case. Meanwhile, many new facts came to light during the interrogation of the remaining four arrested accused by the crime branch.
Two of the three gunmen, Gurmail Singh and Dharamraj Kashyap, had watched YouTube before shooting Baba Siddiqui. The video above practiced shooting for about 15 days. To do this, both men practiced trigger pulling and aiming without inserting a magazine into the pistol. Two pistols used in the shootout were also recovered from the possession of the arrested accused. During the interrogation, it was also revealed that the gunman had made at least 10 similar attempts before shooting Baba Siddiqui on October 12. During this period he reached many places where Baba Siddiqui was.
But he didn’t get a chance to shoot. The reason is that sometimes Baba Siddiqui was surrounded by his supporters, sometimes the security around him was strong, and sometimes the gunmen did not find an open space to commit their crimes. Thereafter, during a Reiki session, he decided to shoot Baba Siddiqui outside his son Zeeshan’s office as there was an open area outside Zeeshan’s office. There are many ways to escape from there. On the night of the incident, the Crime Branch of the Mumbai Police arrested Gurmail Singh and Dharamraj Kashyap on suspicion of murdering Baba Siddiqui .
The third accused, Parveen Lonkar, was arrested from Pune. After interrogating the three men, the name of another person involved in the conspiracy came to light. Harish Kumar Nishad runs a scrap shop next to Parveen Stables in Pune. According to police sources, Parveen had given Rs 60,000 to Nishad. Buy an old bike. The gunmen had to use the bike to conduct reconnaissance on Baba Siddiqui. After buying an old bike in Pune, Nishad reached Mumbai alone on the same bike. In Mumbai, he handed over the bike to the gunmen who stayed in Korla. Police found the bike at the same house in Korla.
However, despite the arrest of the accused, two things continue to haunt the Mumbai Police. The two arrested defendants undoubtedly may have old ties to the Lawrence gang. But the Mumbai police have yet to find any evidence implicating Lawrence Gang in Baba Siddiqui’s murder. Of course, one of them, Zeeshan and the other, Shubham Lonkar, had been in contact with the Lawrence gang before, but the three gunmen who carried out the act have not been proven to have any connection with Lawrence. As for the post claiming the Lawrence Gang was responsible for the murder, the image is unclear.
