According to sources, Aam Aadmi Party is demanding 10 seats in Haryana, while Congress has offered 7 seats. Aam Aadmi Party sources say that they contested one seat in the Lok Sabha elections. There are 9 assembly seats in this Lok Sabha constituency. On this basis, AAP wants to get 10 seats in the assembly.

Several rounds of talks have taken place

Aam Aadmi Party sources say that three to five rounds of talks have taken place between the party leaders and the Congress. Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal has held meetings with AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha. Now it is believed that Venugopal may hold a meeting with the AAP MP tomorrow as well. Aam Aadmi Party sources say that Arvind Kejriwal will take the final decision on the alliance. It is reported that the third round of meeting between KC Venugopal and Raghav Chadha is possible tomorrow (Wednesday).

Congress formed a committee

Congress has formed a committee to look into the possibilities of an alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party in Haryana. This committee will look into all aspects related to the alliance in the state and submit a report to the party high command. Based on this report, it will probably be decided how many seats can be given to AAP in the state assembly elections.

What happened in the CEC meeting

A meeting of the Congress Election Committee was held on Tuesday regarding the assembly elections to be held on 90 seats in Haryana. According to sources, about 49 seats were discussed in the CEC meeting. It is being told that final talks have been held on about 30 to 35 seats. In the selection of candidates, the focus was on the possibility of the candidate’s victory, on the basis of this the names have been decided. Because this is the most important factor. Apart from this, the performance of MLAs who have been MLAs many times is also being monitored.

Haryana Congress in-charge Deepak Babaria said that 49 seats were discussed during the meeting, in which the names of 34 candidates have been cleared. 22 sitting MLAs have been confirmed to get tickets. Along with this, the names of 15 candidates have been kept on hold, on which the review committee will discuss. Deepak Babaria said that the Central Election Committee will meet tomorrow as well. We will release the names of all the candidates by the day after tomorrow. He said that the talks of alliance between AAP and Congress are still in the initial stage.
