A scuffle broke out between opposition parties and National Democratic Alliance (NDA) MPs inside Parliament House on Thursday. As a result, two Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislators were admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital after sustaining head injuries. Currently, he has been sent to ICU. Dr Ajay Shukla, superintendent of the hospital, said Pratap Chandra Sarangi (69) of Odisha and Mukesh Sarangi of Uttar Pradesh Mukesh Rajput was taken to hospital from Parliament with head injuries. When reporting on the condition of the injured in the evening, he said that the injured had been sent to the intensive care unit. His blood pressure levels are under control and a team of doctors is monitoring his condition. According to Dr. Shukla, when Sarangi was rushed to the hospital, he was bleeding profusely.

The medical director said the two lawmakers had received medication and were undergoing head and heart CT scans. The doctor said that both of them are in the intensive care unit and we are working hard to stabilize their condition and treat them better.
