A heart-wrenching incident has happened in Thane, adjacent to Mumbai. A 3 year old girl was passing under the building with her mother, when a dog from the 5th floor fell directly on the girl. The girl immediately became unconscious and died after being taken to the hospital. This incident is very disturbing and there is an atmosphere of fear among the people.
