In CP/51/2024 (JAMMU) OA/1516/2023 titled SHASHI PAL SINGH v. POWER DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, the CAT after hearing ordered as follows:-
Mr. Hunar Gupta, learned DAG submitted that the respondents were considering the representations filed by the petitioners and necessary orders would be passed soon.
Attorney General Mr. Hunar Gupta will be given another two weeks to submit the compliance report positively, failing which an order to stop payment of the defendants’ salary will be issued at the next hearing.
