The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court heard both sides while hearing a case regarding the proposed bulldozing operation in the Balaich violence case. After hearing the case, the court postponed the case to November 4. Further, the court also directed that the stay on the execution of the notice issued by the PWD should continue.
While hearing the case, the Lucknow bench has ordered both parties, the government and the victims to produce their respective evidence and documents. Now, the hearing in the case will be held on November 4, when the notice issued by the PWD will remain in place.
SC gives strict instructions
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court held a hearing on the matter on Tuesday. During the hearing, the court made harsh comments about the UP government and said it had issued directions not to take bulldozing action. Anyone who violates this order should be vigilant. The court directed the Uttar Pradesh government not to take bulldozing action till Wednesday. Two days before the Supreme Court session, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court also banned bulldozing operations in the case for 15 days.
The Ministry of Public Security issued a notice
It is reported that after the violence in Balechi, the public department has issued a notice to demolish some buildings. The PWD has put up notices on the houses and shops of 23 people. He has 15 days to submit his reply.
