Hyderabad Disaster Management and Property Protection Agency (HYDRA) has taken major action against famous Telugu actor Nagarjuna in Telangana. HYDRA has bulldozed Nagarjuna’s convention hall. The convention hall was demolished in this joint action of HYDRA and police. This hall was built near Shilparamam in Rangareddy district. Actually, this land comes under FTL zone. HYDRA started the work of demolishing the hall on Saturday morning itself. Madhapur DCP said that police force was deployed on the spot to ensure that there is no hindrance in the action on the hall.
Let us tell you that a big action is being taken against encroachment on water bodies and public land in Hyderabad. Under this, Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection (HYDRAA) demolished the convention center owned by Telugu actor Nagarjuna.
The convention center was spread over 10 acres
Spread over 10 acres, this convention centre had encroached upon the Tammidikunta lake. Investigation revealed that 1.12 acres of the centre’s area was within the full tank level (FTL) of the lake, while more than 2 acres of the area falls within the lake’s buffer zone. This illegal construction violates several land use and environmental rules.
The convention center was used for big weddings and was also prominently used for corporate arrangements and functions. HYDRAA has taken strict action here. Actor Nagarjuna has not yet given any public reaction on this demolition. This incident has caused panic in Hyderabad and it is believed that the government is going to take similar strict action against other illegal constructions.
