The incident took place in Shalimar Garden area of ​​Ghaziabad. In fact, the builder businessman has been extorted of Rs 2 crore. He claimed that someone called in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi and demanded Rs 2 crore. After that we complained to the police about the incident. Police said that an FIR has been registered. The accused will be arrested soon.

Gopalganj SDPO Anurag Kumar said that on December 3, 2023, a call was received on the mobile phone of the victim Ahmed Ansari. In the call, the accused claimed to be a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and demanded an extortion of Rs 20 lakh.

Taking the matter seriously, SP formed a SIT under Hathua SDPO Anurag Kumar. In this case, the police registered a case and started investigation. During the investigation, the police traced the mobile number of the suspect, following which the suspect was arrested. The arrested accused is Piyush Patel of Ekdanga village in Mirganj police station area.
