BL Santosh boosts morale of BJP cadres, calls for strengthening grassroots movement

BJP national general secretary BL Santosh addresses a meeting on the south assembly elections in Jammu on Sunday.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary BL Santosh held a series of simultaneous meetings with BJP workers at RS Pura in south Jammu and stressed on the importance of intensifying polling station level activities and grassroots campaigns.
The meeting was attended by RS Pura Jammu South MLA candidate, Dr Narinder Singh, BJP Jammu South district president, Rekha Mahajan, Prabhari Ayodhya Gupta, MLA Mathura, Srikant Sharma, Purnima Sharma, district general secretary Akash Chopra, BJP leader Brijeshwar RS Pura constituency convener Rana, Sunny Sangotra, DDC, Vidhya Mottan, Mandal president, Vijay Sharma, Bikram Sandhu, Ranjit Singh and Shaktikendra Parmukhs were present on the occasion.
BL Santosh urged the workers to intensify door-to-door campaigns and highlight the party’s vision for RS Pura. “It is crucial to show the achievements of BJP and the agenda of BJP to every household.” BL Santosh stressed the importance of strong polling station level management as a key factor for electoral success.
During a meeting with BJP workers in south Jammu, Santosh stressed the need for effective vote management to leverage the party’s strength at the grassroots. “Vote management is the backbone of our election strategy,” Santosh said. “Having a strong and well-organised vote structure is crucial to ensure victory.”
Rekha Mahajan in her speech said that the arrival of BL Santosh has invigorated our cadres”. “We will do everything to ensure a landslide victory for the BJP.” She called on the BJP workers to make new voters, especially the youth, aware so that voters are not deterred from voting. Rekha said she was confident that the BJP’s welfare schemes and outreach to all sections of society would ensure its victory in the upcoming assembly elections.
Rekha Mahajan stressed that BJP is the only party which has an active cadre base in every polling booth. “We have recently identified ‘weak polling booths’ in each constituency and deployed a team of workers in each booth to reinvigorate the party’s outreach to the voters. We have the demographics of every district in south Jammu and our outreach plan is designed as per local expectations. She urged the party cadres to stay among the public and live up to their expectations.
The Mandal Chairmen briefed on the situation of their respective Mandals. Akash Chopra moderated the programme and Sunny Sangotra gave the thanks.
