CM Yogi and SP Chairman Akhilesh Yadav
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has been attacking the BJP government over the student protests in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. He has been posting about it on social media platform X. Even as the protesting students were dispersed on Thursday, Akhilesh surrounded the BJP government. He said the PPP would be over forever. The SP chief also said that the BJP’s support for the Janata Party will drop to double digits. Akhilish also tells how this was possible.
The SP chief tweeted: “If the BJP only understands the mathematics of elections, then listen, if you include other contestants like PCS/RO/ARO/LOWER SUBORDINATE students and their families, the number is around 1 Crores of rupees.” If you divide this huge number by about 400 seats, the vote count for the BJP in each seat will be reduced by about 25,000, which means that the BJP will be reduced to double digits.
If the BJP only understands the mathematics of elections, then listen, if you include other contestants like PCS/RO/ARO/LOWER SUBORDINATE students and their family members, then the number is around Rs 1 Crore. If this huge number is divided by about 400 parliamentary seats, the BJP will get about 25,000 votes in each assembly.

He further wrote that he hoped that by understanding this math, today’s ruthless BJP government itself will stop its atrocities and meet the democratically legitimate demands of the agitated youth. Akhilesh further said that the BJP has made a habit of fearing public outrage and is eventually forced to agree, but only if all its violent tactics fail and its passive anti-employment politics fails completely. The BJP will be over forever. Today’s candidates say they don’t want the BJP.
Why didn’t Akhilesh go among the students?
Thousands of students lined the streets of Prayagraj. Protests against UPSC normalization continue for the fourth consecutive day. Akhilesh Yadav originally wanted to meet the students, but he changed his decision. Akhilesh Yadav, while addressing an election rally in Pulpur, Prayagraj, said, I wanted to go to support the students today but I deliberately did not go as many people would have thought the movement was politically motivated. Akhilesh supports the student movement and says I stand with you.
Former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav said in Phulpur that it is still the same BJP that talks about ‘one nation, one election’ but cannot complete the document in one go and jobs and harmony are not for the people of India on the agenda of the party government. There is only mutual brotherhood. Look at his entire tenure. There is no job in their agenda… Their job is to deceive young people about their future… Their agenda is just to spread hatred… This government deliberately leaks newspapers…
