BJP MLA questions police modus operandi, says police are misleading, CM Yogi should take note

BJP MP from Mahobachakali Assembly in Uttar Pradesh Brij Bhushan Rajput aka Guddu Rajput has raised major issues regarding law, order and security in Uttar Pradesh. Speaking to ‘Aaj Tak’ Brij Bhushan Rajput said that crime rate is increasing in the state and murders are happening but the police are not taking immediate action against the murderers. For this, I have to meet the Attorney General, Chief Secretary Naim, Deputy Chief Minister and Chief Minister and seek help.

BJP MLA said, “A case took place in Charkhari in my parliament where Anil Chaurasia was murdered. The murder was also caught on CCTV and the murderer was already in jail for rape. He is out on parole. He was the one who did this. Many people were beaten and tortured before the murder. The accused’s name is Hem Singh and the shooter’s name is Bobby. But the sad thing is that the police themselves want to destroy the CCTV evidence and do not want to register a case.”

According to MLA Brij Bhushan Rajput, in this case, even after a phone call with DIG Banda, the SHO registered a case under manslaughter which does not amount to murder. After all, under whose pressure was the work done? As the local MLA, I had to come to Lucknow and inform the Attorney General about this. It was only after his call that evening that the police upgraded the investigation to the murder component.

CM Yogi should take note: BJP MLA

The MLA said that it is a matter of review. The Honourable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath should review it thoroughly. Because the officials are trying to mislead. The Chief Minister’s intention is clear but the officials are misleading the Chief Minister. Due to this, many people are being tortured and suffering but their voices are not being heard.

The BJP MP did not stop there and said that there was another case of murder of two sons in Farrukhabad. But even after 80 days, the father of the deceased is still not taking any action against those who have suspicions. I have to go to the Chief Minister in this regard as well. The Chief Minister assured that action will be taken against the criminals.

Anil Chauracia murder case

Let us tell you that businessman Anil Chaurasia was shot dead on September 9 in the Charkhari police station area of ​​Mahoba. Anil Chaurasia’s brothers Akhilesh and Mohit claimed that in the CCTV footage, history recorder Dhirendra Singh alias Raja could be seen firing while his colleague Bobby Raja Parmar was seen handing over the weapon. Despite this, instead of registering a complaint, the police first tried to register a murder case. Then the police tried to delete the CCTV footage itself. But when the matter reached the Attorney General through the Ministry of Justice, the investigators added the murder component. But Dhirendra Raja, who was on parole, and Bobby Raja, who gave him the pistol, are still not arrested.

Farrukhabad Massacre

Chavinath Singh’s 32-year-old son Gulab Singh and 22-year-old son Ajit Singh, who lived in the Jahanganj police station area of ​​Farrukhabad, were murdered on July 19. Chavinath Singh claimed that bully animals from other sects entered the cornfield, so a fight broke out. The younger son Ajit mentioned it to his sister-in-law in the afternoon. In the evening, the brothers reached the farm again, and when they did not return home for a long time, the family called their mobile phones.

When I did not get an answer, I went in search. I saw the phone lying in the field. He then looked around by the light of the torch and found the bodies of both lying in a nearby well. The injuries were clearly mentioned in the post-mortem report, but even after that, the police did not take any action against the accused.
