The Election Commission will announce the schedule for the assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand today. The Electoral Commission itself has provided this information by issuing a statement. Meanwhile, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over the announcement of Jharkhand election dates. He said the People’s Party told the Election Commission the day before that a date would be announced tomorrow.
JMM leader Manoj Pandey said, “The elections will be announced today, but the BJP leaders got the news only yesterday. This is a very serious question. Is the committee working as per the demands of the BJP leaders? ?Allowing the committee to continue to act as a puppet is a serious matter.
