It is being told that the husband was a drug addict. He had demanded charas from his wife. In such a situation, when the wife went to jail to meet him, she started carrying eight grams of hashish hidden in her private part. But on being suspicious, the women policemen deployed for security stopped him. During the search, hashish was recovered from him, after which he was taken into custody.
Actually, Gulsher, a resident of Hasanpur, Amroha, has been lodged in Bijnor jail for the last several days in a criminal case. Gulsher is a drug addict and consumes hashish. The addiction is such that one cannot live without drugs even in jail. To fulfill his desire for drugs, he also sent his wife Almina to jail.
Because, whenever Almina came to meet him in jail, he used to demand to bring hashish. At first Almina remained reluctant but when pressure increased, she agreed to deliver the drugs to the jail. Two days ago Almina had come to meet her husband in jail. During this time, she was entering the jail with about 8 grams of charas in her private part.
But when the women policemen deployed for security searched him before going inside the jail, they became suspicious. Later, upon checking, a bundle of hashish was recovered from Almina. Seeing this, there was panic in the jail administration. Almina was immediately taken into custody and handed over to the local police. The police registered the case and sent him to jail. In this way, the husband’s drug addiction sent the wife to jail under the NDPS Act.
