A sensational incident of double murder has taken place in Jamui, Bihar. A man first killed his wife and daughter and then tried to commit suicide. However, he was saved and the police has now arrested the accused.
According to the news agency report, police said that in Jamui on Friday, a man killed his wife and daughter before attempting suicide. According to the report, the accused of murder has been identified as Olayat. He strangled his wife Nasreen Khatoon and his four-month-old daughter Alisha to death in Pailwajan village.
Police said, ‘Local people informed about the incident. When the officers arrived after receiving information, they found Olayat soaked in blood and his throat slit.
He was taken to the nearest hospital from where he was later referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital. After treatment, the police arrested him. According to the police, the reason why the accused murdered his wife and daughter is not yet clear.
Murder in Muzaffarpur too
Let us tell you that earlier a big packed carton was lying at Chandni Chowk in Muzaffarpur, when opened, the body of a young man was found. People suspected the presence of a dead body when they saw blood leaking from the packet, after which the police was informed.
When the police came and opened the packet, there was a dead body packed inside. After the murder, the body was packed in a carton, put in a sack and stitched. Then the killers threw it on the road and went away. DSP Vinita Sinha reached the spot and sent the body to the hospital for post-mortem.
