Bihar: Girl was forcibly dragged into a moving car and then gang-raped

A case of gang rape of a minor girl in a moving car occurred in Sahasa. It is reported that the incident took place on the night of September 14. Two youths raped a 14-year-old girl in a moving car. The victim girl had filed an application at the Sadar police station on September 16, seeking action against the two accused youths. The police also registered an FIR on the girl’s complaint.

The incident was reported in the Sadar police station area. The police sent the girl to Sadar Hospital for treatment and launched an investigation. It is understood that the victim girl is a resident of Sadar police station area. His age is said to be around 14 years old.

Regarding this incident, the victim’s aunt told reporters that the victim left home at around 4 o’clock to herd goats. At 5 o’clock in the evening, when the goats came back after eating grass, three boys took him away in a car. The boys told her to get in the car quickly, otherwise they would shoot. After saying that, she got in the car, her heart filled with fear.

After getting in the car, the two boys locked the windows and started playing songs loudly inside the car to block out the sound. They also beat him and bit his teeth. The girl said nothing after returning home. She was scared. On the night of September 15, when the girl was questioned, she narrated the whole story of what the two boys had done to her.

Regarding this incident, the victim girl told reporters, “On the evening of September 14, I was grazing goats near Kahrakuti in the Sadar police station area. That’s when two boys called us. I went there. After that, they asked to sit in the car. When I refused to sit in the car, they forcibly pulled me and made me sit in the car. The victim said that after they made her sit in the car, they took her to the Bariyahi market and did some wrong things to her in the car. One was driving and the two boys did wrong things to me.”

According to Sadar SDPO Alok Kumar, an application was received during the day on September 16. Based on this, we took action to register a FIR. The victim was immediately treated. The medical report stated that there was no visible injury, but the medical report is yet to be received. A special team was immediately formed and raids were carried out. One accused has been arrested in this regard. Raids are being conducted to arrest the remaining accused and recover the vehicle. The victim and the accused hail from the same area. In these cases, it is found that the wrongdoing was committed by luring the victim.
