Bihar: Father buys illegal pistol, minor son fires it in front of his eyes

The police has solved the murder of a man in Supaul, Bihar last week. Revealing the incident, the police said that the deceased Shivchandra Mukhiya had bought an illegal pistol. His minor son started checking the pistol. During this, a bullet was fired from the pistol and Shivchandra died.

The police has also recovered the pistol used in the incident. The 17-year-old son of the deceased, who is a juvenile offender, was presented before the Juvenile Justice Board. On the information given by the arrested son, a pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from a pond.

The bullet was fired while checking the illegal pistol

SDPO Alok Kumar said that no one was accused by the victim’s family in this incident. The investigation of the incident was started by collecting information from scientific research and spies. It was then found out that the deceased’s younger son, who is around 17 years old, accidentally fired the bullet while looking at the pistol.

Let us tell you, on the night of 14th August, around 8:30 pm, 55-year-old Shivchandra Mukhiya, a resident of Malhani Ward 01 of Sadar police station area, was shot. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment. Where he died during treatment.

Police arrested the minor son of the deceased

According to the information, the deceased Shivchandra Mukhiya used to do fish farming and he has three sons, all the sons are still studying. This is the youngest son. After receiving the information about the murder, a team was formed under the leadership of Supaul Additional Police Station President Prashant Kumar to investigate the case, whose investigation has revealed the case. The police have arrested the minor son and further action is being taken.
