In this case, an FIR was filed against 10 people including Akash Vijayvargiya. After the incident which became famous in the state as ‘Balla Kand’, the accused Akash Vijayvargiya had to go to jail. However, he was later granted bail by the court.

This case went on in the court for about 5 years. During the trial, the complainant corporation officer had turned back from his statement. Due to the complainant’s U-turn statement and lack of evidence, the MP MLA court acquitted the accused Akash Vijayvargiya. Special Judge of MP MLA Court, Judge Dev Kumar gave this verdict.
