Biden’s move will start a war! Putin approves new policy on use of nuclear weapons

Russian Nuclear Doctrine: Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a new nuclear policy on Tuesday. The new policy declares that if any nuclear-backed country attacks Russia, it will be considered a joint attack on that country. On February 24, 2022, the 1,000th day after sending troops to Ukraine, Putin approved a new nuclear deterrence policy.

Russia’s tough stance

In this change, Russia includes both conventional missile attacks and attacks by drones or other aircraft. Under the change in nuclear doctrine, if such an attack against Russia was launched by any alliance member, Moscow would view the attack as an attack on behalf of the entire alliance. This means that if U.S. weapons are used against Russia, Russia will hold the entire NATO alliance accountable.

Why did Russia take this step?

Russia is angry that Ukraine allowed the use of U.S. long-range missiles. Russia took this step after US President Joe Biden decided to allow Ukraine to use US-supplied long-range missiles to attack targets in Russia. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the U.S. decision would heighten tensions. “If such a decision is really taken and reported to the Kiev regime, it will definitely lead to a new round of escalation of tensions,” Peskov said, according to Russian state news agency TASS.

Zelensky once said this

Earlier, Ukrainian President Zelensky said in a speech to the nation on Sunday that he would not issue any warning about the attack. He said, “Wars are not made with words. This kind of thing is not announced, the rockets speak.” It is also worth noting that any major air strike against Russia could trigger a nuclear reaction. Under such circumstances, the signing of this policy demonstrates Putin’s intention to use Russia’s nuclear arsenal to force Western countries to retreat. (language)
