In the case of a minor maid suicide at the house of MLA Zahid Baig in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, the police have arrested his son Zaim Baig. Jaeem Baig was sent to jail after appearing in court. MLA Zahid Beg and his wife Seema Beg have been booked for child labour, bonded labour and incitement to kill a young girl. Currently, both are absconding and the police are nabbing them at various places.
Police said that during the investigation, it was found that Jaime Baig also played an important role in inciting the girl’s death. He was arrested, produced in court and sent to jail. Let us tell you that on September 9, Nazia, a minor who was doing housework in the SP MLA’s house, was found hanging in the MLA’s house.

During the investigation, the police learned that another minor girl was forced to work as a child labourer in the MLA’s house. The Labour Department along with the police conducted a raid and released the girl. The girl told the police that the deceased Nazia was annoyed by the housework and wanted to escape because the MLA and his wife were misbehaving with him.
Police registered a case of abetment to suicide against MLA Zahid Baig and his wife Seema Baig. During investigation, police found that MLA’s son Jaim Baig was also involved in the case. He was arrested afterwards. During this time, SPs gathered outside the jail.

Inspector General of Police Dr. Meenakshi Katyayan said that during the interrogation, evidence against the MLA’s son was found. Based on this, he was also included in the case. After appearing in court, he has been sent to jail. The news of the arrest of the MLA’s son has caused a lot of talk in the district.
