The dead body of a girl working as an assistant at Karunalaya Sanstha in Bhadohi district has been found hanging from a noose. Police claim that the girl has committed suicide. The girl was serving here as a helper for one year. The incident took place in Hariyav of Bhadohi Kotwali area.
Karunalaya organization is run by Christian missionaries in Bhadohi. In this institution, along with shelter for women, facilities for training in sewing and embroidery etc. are provided. Here, late last Saturday night, the body of a 17-year-old girl, resident of Hanumanganj area of Kushinagar district, was found hanging from the fan with the help of a dupatta.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. Police told that the room where the girl’s body was found. His door was locked from inside. It appears that he has committed suicide by hanging himself. No complaint has been made against anyone by the family members in this matter, but the police is investigating the matter.
Additional SP of Bhadohi, Dr. Tejveer Singh said that a 17-year-old girl working as an assistant in Karunalaya social organization located in Hariav, committed suicide. The police conducted post-mortem of the body. The reason for the girl’s murder has been said to be hanging. There are no injuries on the body. Prima facie it appears to be suicide. The family members have also not given any complaint.
