Regarding this, Independent MP from Purnia Pappu Yadav, while reacting on this, said that Nitish Kumar has been a kingmaker, but then he did not get the special package.

Talking to the media, Pappu Yadav said, “Right now you are talking about 4 crore jobs, but how many jobs did you give in 10 years? Nitish Kumar has been a kingmaker but he was not even given a special package. Something about the number of closed factories. Give it at the airport, don’t beg for special package, you (JDU) should step down from the cabinet.

In this time’s budget, the Finance Minister has announced to prepare three expressways in Bihar. These include Patna-Purnia Expressway, Buxar-Bhagalpur Expressway, Bodhgaya-Rajgir-Vaishali-Darbhanga Expressway. Apart from this, the government will construct a two-lane bridge on the Ganga river in Buxar. The government will spend Rs 26 thousand crore on this.

What is there for Bihar in the budget?

Apart from this, a 2400 MW power plant will be built in Bihar at a cost of Rs 21,400 crore. Along with this, new airports, medical colleges and sports infrastructure will be built in the state. Along with this, on the appeal of Bihar government, investment will be made in different areas of the state.

The Finance Minister said that our government is committed to making India a global tourist destination. Vishnupad temple of Gaya in Bihar and Mahabodhi temple of Bodhgaya have a different identity. Vishnupad Corridor and Mahabodhi Corridor will be developed on the lines of Kashi Vishwanath Temple Corridor. Not only this, Rajgir is a famous pilgrimage site for Hindus, Jains and Buddhas. This too will be prepared on the lines of a world class destination and the government will help in making Nalanda a tourist destination.
